Each year the Rod and Gun Club hosts an open house at the end of May to showcase our great facility at the Kidd Creek Rifle Range and to encourage families to participate in outdoor sports.
This is a family-oriented event, open to everyone in the community. Everyone of junior hunter age (10 years old) and up is welcome to shoot.
Try out rifle shooting, trap shooting, pistol shooting and archery as our guests.
*Range officers and instructors on site to show you what to do.
*All firearms and ammunition supplied. (Please leave your firearms at home.)
*Everyone who wishes to shoot should be at the range at 10:30 for orientation.
*Spectators are welcome. (Please leave pets at home, noisy event.)
Our Kidd Creek facility is 25km east of Creston; turn left on Kidd Creek FSR for 1 km.
